John Kaestle has over 25 years of executive leadership in diverse technology and complex manufacturing firms. He has extensive experience building businesses, operations and channels in emerging markets, delivering operational improvements and double-digit revenue and profit growth, as well as leadership of a successful IPO. He has a strong capacity to define a winning strategy, sell it, and engage and empower people to contribute their very best and has consistently built strong teams and created value for shareholders. John’s prior roles include manufacturing, operations, finance, IT, sales and marketing, business development, supply chain and executive leadership in over 40 countries across Asia, North and South America, China, India and the EU. John holds a BA in Economics and Quantitative Methods from Haverford College and an MBA with distinction from the Amos Tuck Business School, Dartmouth College.
