Bio

Jon Deex has over 30 years of experience in executive roles with manufacturing and business services organizations, including a strong track record of helping companies navigate transition and renewal. For the past 15 years he has worked in executive management roles at mid-market companies in the Seattle area, focused on revitalization strategies and performance improvement initiatives. His early career experience was in new product development and product management for large, publicly held corporations, including a number of years at 3M. Jon has worked in several manufacturing sectors including capital equipment, industrial machinery, refrigeration equipment, extruded and molded products and electronic equipment. In business services, his experience includes utility contracting, franchising and technical B2B services. Jon’s international experience includes developing sales channel and supply chain partners in Europe, Asia and Latin America. In addition to general management positions, Jon’s roles have included operations, marketing and sales leadership. Jon holds an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA from Pomona College.
