Bio

Paul Reed has extensive and varied experience as a CEO, CFO and board director in a wide range of companies and industries. His expertise covers strategy, growth, development, collaborative team performance and continuous improvement, while his functional experience is in operations, financial management, marketing, and IT. His experience as a corporate and nonprofit board director, including recent service on six nonprofit boards, includes an emphasis on strategic planning and oversight, financial oversight and planning, and risk management, including cyber. He is also an advisor for select community organizations and provides consulting services for early stage growth businesses. He previously served as president, CEO, CFO and board director of Door to Door Storage, Inc., a nationwide provider of containerized self-storage and self-moving services for eight years. Paul’s accomplishments at Door to Door included a major operational and financial restructuring, and later completion of debt and equity financings and three acquisitions of competitors. In addition he built a strong, collaborative management team, created and implemented a new growth strategy and changed the business operating model to adapt to a challenging market. Paul holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BA from the University of Washington.
