Rick Fichera has more 35 years of financial and operational experience in the technology and aerospace industries. He is a seasoned finance executive with a proven track record of driving strategy, profitable growth, execution and efficiency for projects and business portfolios. His leadership roles have spanned product development, production, support and internal services. As senior financial leader for divisions with over $2 billion in annual revenue, Rick has been responsible for all financial functions as well as managing physical infrastructure and capital throughout the region. Rick has worked closely with customers across domestic public and private companies, U.S. government agencies and international customers. His extensive team leadership and hands-on domain knowledge provide perspective needed to spot business issues early and capitalize on opportunities. Rick’s background provides the experience needed to assimilate information quickly, exercise flexibility, make decisions with imperfect information and communicate clearly. He believes that the culture fostered by leaders is key to developing cohesive and winning teams. He is known for operating beyond the traditional finance role to drive business results and make an impact. Rick holds an MBA from Seattle University.
