Ron Rudolph has 30 years of comprehensive financial leadership experience with small to middle market, publicly-held, technology, manufacturing, professional staffing and pharmaceutical corporations. He has served as CFO for four public companies with up to $300 million in annual revenue and subsequently assisted one of these as a consultant on acquisitions that increased revenues to $500 million plus. He has contributed to substantially increased shareholder value by implementing strategies involving organic growth and acquisitions and through management of productive investor relations including serving as primary liaison with sell-side analysts and institutional investors. He has led an IPO and secondary equity offerings and has extensive SEC reporting experience. Ron has extensive financial and administrative international experience, including establishment of international sales, manufacturing and software development operations. He has led several domestic and international acquisitions including valuation, deal structure and financing, as well as post-acquisition integration. He has led ERP implementations and multiple accounting system conversions. Ron was also a partner with a national executive services firm where he served as interim CFO for multiple clients and performed advisory services for others. He holds an MBA with an accounting and finance concentration from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago, a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering degree from The Ohio State University and is a CPA.
