Bio

Walt Zabriskie brings to NextLevel more than 30 years of extensive domestic and international experience spanning general management, finance, marketing and sales, quality control, and operations management in the manufacturing, printing, real estate and wholesale/distribution environments. He has spent the majority of his career in closely-held and family owned enterprises with revenues ranging from $10 to $150 million, serving as a member of the Board of Directors and in various C-Level positions (CEO, COO and CFO). He has led strategic planning and strategy execution resulting in significant increases in revenue, EBITDA and return on assets. His M&A experience includes leading the successful integration of three acquired companies. He has led restructuring initiatives and the relocation of manufacturing operations. He also successfully facilitated the generational transition of a family owned business. He holds a bachelor of arts in Economics from the University of Washington, a master’s of business administration from Seattle University, has participated in Senior Executive Education programs at Harvard Business School and is a CPA (Inactive, Washington State).
