Gina Haggerty has over 30 years of experience serving in finance and accounting leadership roles for organizations in the technology, telecommunications, manufacturing, and service industries. After a successful career in public accounting and corporate, Gina has worked as an Interim Financial Executive. Due to her background in startups and turnaround situations, she has worked with several private equity firms and companies to step in and take the leadership role as CFO or Controller. Her focus is to implement changes that lead to a fast and accurate accounting close that results in the critical KPI’s to be reviewed timely. The result is that strategic changes and updated projections can be made quickly. To accomplish this goal, the strength of the accounting systems and personnel, as well as supportive stakeholders, is critical. In addition, a strong team approach among the key executives and stakeholders leads to the best decisions that result in a successful outcome. Gina has a strong business systems background, overseeing the selections and implementation of various financial and operational systems. She also has a well-rounded background in Legal and HR issues.
