Sam Reinkensmeyer is a growth and operationally oriented CFO, and a strategic partner and advisor for CEOs and their leadership teams. He takes pride in developing “business insights” grounded in analysis, leading to fact-based planning, and practicality to achieve stretch goals and initiatives. He is known as a high integrity problem solver skilled at building cross-functional team effectiveness, as well as high-performing accounting and finance teams. Sam has a consistent track record of creating shareholder value within multinational, middle market, and start-up companies. He was CFO, Secretary, and SVP Finance at two NASDAQ National Market listed companies, where he built high-quality investor relations programs and ensured compliance with SEC reporting requirements. Sam has deep industry experience in branded consumer product manufacturing businesses (suppliers to food, drug, and mass merchandiser retail channels), television and electronic retailing, and medical device manufacturing and distribution. He began his career in public accounting with Price Waterhouse. Sam holds a bachelor of science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana, and a master’s of business administration in Finance and International Business from the University of Chicago — Booth School of Business. He has passed the Certified Public Accountant and Certified Managerial Accountant examinations (inactive license).
