Stacey Griffeth has 20 years of experience serving in project management, analyst, IT/process management and business process/support roles for organizations in the oil, construction, and utilities industries. She has supported organizations in accounting, human resources, staff deployment, and contract relations. One of her biggest projects was to configure and manage the implementation of Microsoft Project Server for British Petroleum (BP) in the Prudhoe Bay oil fields in Alaska for 3,500+ users. This implementation aggregated the daily work schedules of over 50 different work groups and organizations at the various oil processing facilities and along the pipeline. Stacey also implemented Microsoft Project for Novinium Inc. to develop a company-wide view of the various field-level projects. In addition, she implemented Power BI to aggregate the data from numerous disparate systems into a streamlined reporting suite that included company financials, field project schedules, fleet management, and more. Stacey holds an AA in Accounting from the University of Alaska.
