Bio

Steve Weeks has more than 30 years of experience as CFO and in other senior financial positions in private and public companies, ranging in size from $10 million to $1 billion in sales. In these roles he has successfully led turnarounds, all aspects of the controllership function, banking and debt restructuring, risk management, human resources, cost systems, information systems, strategic planning, acquisition due diligence, capital budgeting, and internal and public reporting. His industry background has been in manufacturing and distribution primarily in the food/beverage, high technology and electronics sectors, but in other industries as well. Steve served for 10 years as a partner with Tatum, a national financial executive services firm, where he served many companies in senior capacities as CFO or consultant. Prior to joining Tatum, he worked as CFO to middle market entrepreneurial companies and his assistance included projects involving financial reporting system designs, software system appraisals, best business practices, turnarounds, banking relationships, risk assessments, business management structures, sales force compensation systems, and strategic business advice. Steve’s public company experience includes 15 years as treasurer and vice president for Bell Industries, a NYSE company. He holds a BS in Business Administration from Portland State University.
